Can I use the spinner to display books by publishers other than Usborne?

As per the written disclaimer, booksellers are not permitted to use the spinner to display other publisher’s books. If booksellers are found to be using the spinner for displaying books other than Usborne’s, they may be subject to the spinner being removed from their store.
